Outdoor Activities for Kids in Hong Kong

outdoor activities for kids in Hong Kong

Going outdoor is good for the body and the mind – especially for kids who hunch their back and play video games the whole day – as it gives them a chance to get some fresh air and natural sunlight, move their little muscles, and experience more beyond addictive virtual games or difficult books. Escaping from the cramped, stuffy house is also beneficial to their young mind and it is a great chance to strengthen your bond with them as well.

Here are 7 outdoor activities locations in Hong Kong where you can bring your kids to:

Camping

Sai Yuen

Saiyuen is an outdoor adventure activities site at the Southwestern tip of Cheung Chau, occupying over 11 acres of land. This camping site offers different themed camping facilities: Native American Teepees, African Safari Tents or Star Gazing Geodesic Domes.  The place also offers activities such as junior abseiling, climbing monkeys, and treetop canopy walk.
